Health and happiness go hand in hand. If your family is not having any health problems, it is one of the best ways of having a peaceful life. By maintaining a balance of nutrition in your food, you can build your family as a happy family. Especially taking a good care of your children’s diet and nutrition is very important in the present time. It is very important to maintain nutrition along with junk food.
In this article, I just convey some of the important points related to health, nutrition and diet that parents need to take care for the growth of their children.

Bringing importance to health
Health is very important for the happiness in the family. Every family should understand the importance of health and a balanced diet. Nutrition is a serious concern in today’s food due to increased prices. Especially cost of affording fruits daily for a middle class family is highly difficult.
Fruits and raw Vegetables are one of the best ways to bring higher nutrition levels in daily food. However there are some additional supplements that can bring huge difference in nutrients. Not only is a balanced diet necessary, exercise also very important for day to day life. If you are looking to have a good healthy physique, it is very important to maintain proper diet and take care of your health.

Improving Nutrition in Food
Parents should be really concerned about children of this generation and the food and nutrition they are having. Because of the western culture, the food and diet which we used to have in childhood is no more the same. In childhood, I daily used to have DaburChayawanPrash in the morning along with honey and used to go Jogging in the morning.

We used to love playing outdoor games. But children of present generation are getting stuck to Ipads and laptops and playing video games which not only affects the health, but also the analytical capabilities. It is very important to maintain a balance between Indoor and Outdoor games.
For playing outdoor games like cricket, football, badminton or volleyball, kids need a lot of stamina. Maintaining a proper diet helps in improving Stamina in Children. If they maintain their exercise and Stamina, kid will have more resistance to various diseases and have powerful immune power. So it is necessary to maintain proper diet from childhood.

It is very importance children should know the importance of health and diet from childhood itself. It is for the parents to create awareness about the health advantages for kids and help them maintain proper diet.
Once you have a proper diet and children bring name to parents, what else does parents want 🙂
